Can one transform a city into art? The windows of Lucerne’s houses offer a view of the city, yet the Chapel Bridge reveals itself only upon closer inspection. The Wagenbachbrunnen fountain bears a cake of colour — layers of dots and overlays. The fountains shoot out like candles from the cake. The Fasnacht confetti shower is reinterpreted: the Fötzeli dissolve into pixels, and printing dots dance like particles of a celebration.
